Scope
Overview
Felix assists building owners and businesses with the Fire No Objection Certificate (NOC) and fire licence process: reviewing the premises against fire-safety requirements, advising on the fire alarm, hydrant, sprinkler and extinguisher provisions needed, preparing the application documents, and supporting renewal. Approval is granted by the fire authority; Felix prepares and supports the application.
